Just Do It!
Wake up and tone up- I’m starting my count down to summer by changing my lifestyle. It’s all about food prep. Freshly prepared meals make a huge difference on not only my weight but also my skin and my mood! For breakfast, I enjoyed an avocado with chia seeds. It doesn’t sound like much but avocado is very filling and it’s quick and easy for early starts! As an avocado lover, I try to have avocado everyday as it moisturises and generally improves the appearance of my skin. And with all of its good fats, it promotes weight lose!
As a student, I keep it healthy by going to Martha’s healthy fast food cafe! Martha’s is my go to place for lunch- so tasty and such a great atmosphere. My liquid lunch consisted of a Beet the Beet Megajuice which contains beetroot, green tea, kale, apple and cucumber, along with Roast Red Pepper, Tomato & Chipotle Soup!
Staying motivated is easy when you have summer to look forward to! I try to go to the gym at least 3 times a week. At the moment, I’m doing cardio sessions to shed fat and then I will go on to free hand weights.
Post gym fuel- tonight I enjoyed grilled coconut & chilli chicken with quinoa super green, super salad! I love finding new healthy recipes on Pinterest and giving them a go!
