LIONS & TIGERS & BOOTS

ARTIST : JAMES KLINGE

A sunny start to a Saturday finally! I felt like it was time to mix it up in terms of my style and shooting location. Usually, I go for a basic backdrop for two reasons. Firstly, it makes my look stand out and secondly, there aren't a lot of interesting backgrounds like this one! When I saw this tiger on social media, I was on the hunt to find it! Sitting right on the Clyde Side it was lovely to walk to it and shoot here! A problem I usually have is the little light from dull skies however on Saturday there was too much light and although a lot of my pictures were too exposed, it was quite a nice problem to have for once!

I'm breaking my Spring newbies in lightly, especially when the climates saying it's still winter! This sweater dress was perfect with over the knee boots - not too cold, not too covered up! What do you guys think of my new satin coat? After receiving this for Christmas, I've been waiting for the perfect opportunity to wear it and now I can't take it off!

Did someone say Marbella? YES! On saturday, my friends & I booked our summer trip to Marbella and I cannot wait! We celebrated with prosecco and nibbles whilst chatting about the endless list of things we want to do when we are there. Of course, I'll be keeping you updated on my travels this summer. So far in my diary, I have trips to London for the UK Blog Awards 2016, Amsterdam, Florida and Marbella. I love planning ahead for summer at this time of year, especially my summer wardrobe. I'm making a wish list of new season must haves from Zara, Topshop and H&M. It's better to be prepared!
